Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. For all direct bookings, please note that cancellations will incur credit card fees regardless of when they occur. Additionally, a processing fee of 12.5% will apply for cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you every step of the way!

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 180 days prior to arrival; 120 days prior to arrival; 90 days prior to arrival; 60 days prior to arrival.
All direct booking cancellations will be less any credit/debit card fees. In addition, all Cancellations under 60 days before arrival will attract an additional 12.5% Processing Fee.

Rules
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and only allowed in open-air spaces. Please use the trash to dispose of all cigarette buds and matches.
2. Individuals not included in the guest party are not permitted to spend the night at the property.
3. The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or diseases that occur on the premises or in its amenities. The proprietors are not responsible for visitor belongings lost or damaged. By booking, visitors incur the risk of harm from their own or their guests' property usage.
4. Maintain the condition of the property and all furnishings.
5. Use appliances solely for their designated purposes.
6. No crayons, paints, or toys that may damage the property of furnishings are allowed.
7. Parking is restricted to the number of parking spaces provided and is only permitted in designated areas.
8. The unit includes linens and bath towels. No towels or linens are allowed out of the house.
9. The effective septic system will clog if inappropriate material is flushed. Don't flush anything except toilet paper. Flushing feminine products is never recommended.
10. No eating in the bedrooms.
11. Turn off AC units, lights, and fans while not in use.
12. Be considerate to neighbors.
13. Stop playing loud music after 9 p.m.
14. Keep the community's public areas, especially the pool, clean for everyone.
5. Upon booking, the villa can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the property description.
16. Please keep sandy or muddy shoes outside and watch youngsters on the sofas to preserve our light-colored carpeting and furnishings.
17. Avoid scratching walls and skirting boards while moving baggage in and out of the residence to avoid a damage cost.
18. Return beach towels every day.
19. If included, your cook and/or housekeeper will prepare meals, clean, wash, and make beds everyday. Please tip at your discretion after your stay.
20. The Extra Guest Fee applies to persons over 3 years old and does not include costs for additional bedding, which will be charged separately if required.
