Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY (ALL RESERVATIONS - Unless Otherwise advised)
Deposits & Payments
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings
• After 90 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 12.5% applies to all reservations. However, this amount may be retained as a credit and used toward a future booking within one year from the original reservation date.
Peak & Premium Bookings
• Deposit on Peak & Premium stays is 50% ( unless otherwise advised ) and is Non - Refundable
Final Payment
• Peak / Premium : final balance due 90 days prior to arrival
• Winter : final balance due 60 days prior to arrival
• Summer: final balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• All payments become non-refundable once the due date has passed

Force Majeure / Travel Disruptions
No refunds are provided for cancellations caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, or transportation disruptions.
Where possible, and at management discretion, a date change may be considered in place of cancellation, subject to availability, original season pricing, any applicable rate differences, and a maximum one-year rebooking window.
